I currently serve as Executive Director of the LA Coalition for Excellent Public Schools, where I work closely with charter school CEOs and senior leaders across Los Angeles. Previously, I spent 12 years at the California Charter Schools Association, where my work included advising senior leaders, managing complex cross-functional initiatives, and helping drive organizational priorities.

I have extensive experience managing and developing staff, coaching and mentoring colleagues outside of formal reporting relationships, and helping leaders work through difficult management, organizational, and professional challenges.
